These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Narrazen software and associated web services. By purchasing or using Narrazen, you agree to these terms.

1. Free Trial & Customer Identity

Narrazen offers a 30-minute cumulative free trial (1,800 seconds of audible playback) per customer.

• A valid Google account signed into Google Chrome is required to authenticate your trial, activate purchases, and periodically refresh entitlements.
• Trial minutes are measured by actual audible playback time and are shared across devices signed into the same Google account. Reinstalling Narrazen does not grant an additional free trial.
• Trial minutes are an evaluation allowance, not a monetary balance or financial credit, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

2. Product License & 3-Device Limit

Narrazen is licensed, not sold. Upon completing your purchase of Narrazen Early Access ($14.99 USD one-time purchase), you are granted a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to install and run Narrazen on up to three (3) personal computing devices simultaneously.

Normal paid playback is verified locally on your device and requires no network round-trip. The software periodically refreshes entitlement state in the background. If you permanently lose access to the Google account associated with your purchase, contact [email protected] for manual verification.

3. Early Access Status & Updates

Narrazen is currently offered as an Early Access product. It is functional for everyday web reading, but undergoes ongoing improvements and refinements.

Your single purchase entitles you to all updates, refinements, and fixes released for this version. It does not promise perpetual upgrades across separate future products, standalone platforms, or unannounced mobile applications.

4. Supported Platforms

Narrazen is built for desktop Google Chrome and compatible modern Chromium desktop browsers. Operating system hardware must support modern browser computation standards.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Narrazen solely for personal, research, or professional reading productivity. You may not reverse-engineer commercial license entitlement systems, circumvent activation limits, or redistribute commercial distribution binaries without authorization.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases are backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If Narrazen does not meet your needs, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Narrazen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the creators of Narrazen be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
